kulturerbe-digital.de collects information about the digitisation of cultural assets in Germany. Information on this website includes documentation of ongoing or completed digitisation projects, recommendations, working materials and guidelines for the digitisation of cultural possessions as well as information about grants and other forms of assistance available to move digitisation forward.

kulturerbe-digital.de's objective is three-fold: to provide assistance to ongoing digitisation projects, to promote networking and to make available the operating experiences of completed digitisation projects. Digitisation is a comprehensive term for us. As we define it, digitisation includes the publication and archiving of digital cultural heritage.
